Sandra wants to work but has her van in Perth ( Broomy ), wich is pretty far from here, we think about a smarty plan to be togethere and work in the same time. Few ideas come like going in perth hitch hiking, take the van and drive back, find someone to drive her van in Victoria, .... et finely we decide to stay in Kyneton a few months and then go in Perth together to work again before she flies to Germany and me in India.
I am actualy in OUR bedroom in this sharehouse living with Vin, 50yo and two english guys around 20. Not expencive, close to rob, gwen and our jobs.
I am head chef in a creepy pub in Kyneton, not many customers but it is coming slowely, I changed few things and care about what we serve more than the chef before, haha, making deserts homemade now and put new ideas on the menu. I am most of the time on my own, so i can do the meals in My way and listen some music. Sandra is working in an other pub, it is going well, we share the car as we can, everything is awesome, a job, a place to stay, my girlfriend, australia :)
Sandra voulant travailler mais ayant son van Broomy a Perth, 4jours de route d'ici, nous reflechissons a un plan malicieux pour etre enssemble et travailler. On decide alors apres moultes idées ( aller en stop a perth, cherche le van et conduire jusqu'a kyneton, trouver qlqn pour conduire son van a kyneton, bref , .. ), on choisi de rester qlqn mois ici et d'aller a Perth enssemble ( si tous se passe bien, haha) pour qlqs mois avant qu'elle s'envole en allemagne pour ses etudes et moi en Inde pour un nouveau voyage.
Je suis actuellement dans NOTRE chambre, une maison qu'on partage avec un mec d'environ 50ans et un anglais de 20ans. Pas cher, proche de chez Gwen et Rob, et proche de notre boulot !
Je suis cuisinier dans un pub miteux, on fait tres de peu de clients, mais je change peu a peu les metodes de travail pour une meilleur qualité de se que l'on sert, jusqu'a maitenant ils ne salaient pas la viande ( et c'est que un exemple ! ). Bref, c'est pas trop mal, c'est facile, jsuis seul en cuisine la plupart du temps, j'ai d'la musique, c'est parfait pour qlqs mois :)
Et Sandra est serveuse dans un autre pub, nos horaires sont evidement completement different, mais tous va bien, on se plait bien
